vibhe.com is run by Vibhe Studio, which decides how the personal data described here is used. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@vibhe.com.

The contact form asks for your name, email, company or site, and your message. The score request asks for your site, your email and, optionally, your name. Both arrive in our inbox as an email that also carries the IP address and browser the form was sent from, which helps us spot abuse. We don't store these messages in a database.

We use them to answer you and for any work that follows, because you asked us to. We keep them for as long as that conversation and that work need them, and delete them sooner if you ask.

We store your email address, when you signed up, when you confirmed and when we last wrote to you. You join only after pressing the button in our confirmation email; an address nobody confirms is deleted after 48 hours. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To stop repeated submissions, each form keeps a short-lived counter tied to your IP address: for up to an hour on the contact and score forms, and up to ten minutes on the newsletter signup. It is deleted when that time runs out.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. It records the page, the referring site, an approximate location (country, region, city), the browser, the operating system and the device type, and tells visits apart with a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours. We see aggregated numbers only.

The site runs on Vercel, which handles technical request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Your browser keeps your light or dark theme choice in local storage; it never leaves your device. We use no advertising cookies or trackers.

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (sending email), Hostinger (our mailbox), Supabase (the newsletter list) and Upstash (the abuse counters). Some of them are based outside the European Union and handle data under the data protection terms they give their customers. We don't sell personal data or share it with anyone else.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to object to that use, and you can take it elsewhere. Write to hello@vibhe.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
